1. How to login?
If you are a currently registered NPU student, you should have an
NPU Online Service Center (NPUOSC) account. Please use your
NPUOSC
's Username and Password to login to the NPU Online.

2. How to change my password?
Because you are using the
NPU Online Service Center (NPUOSC) account. Please use your
NPUOSC's account to login to the NPU Online, you must go to the "My
Account" in the
NPUOSC
to update your password.

3. How can I do if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, please click the link of "Forgot
your password?". Please select the User Type and input the Email
Address which registered in your NPU record, then, click the "Send Me Password"
button. A new password will be sent to your email box. If you failed to
retrieve your password by this method, please fill out the
Online Support Form
. Our Online Coordinator will help you shortly.

4. How to logout?
After you login successfully, you will see a link of "Sign Out" on the right
top part of the web page. You can logout by clicking the "Sign Out" link.

5. How to get Help and Tutorial?

If you click the "Tutorial" link on the Login page, an Online Help page of the
"Getting Started" will be opened.

After login successfully, if you click the "Help" link on the right top part of
every page as above screenshot, an Online Help page for the current page you
are visiting will be opened.

On any Online Help page, you can click the left navigation menu to browse whole
Tutorial.

If you want to get help from our Online Coordinator, you can submit an
Online Support Form.

6. What is the System Requirements for taking the NPU Online Courses?

Hardware Requirements:

Peripherals: Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers, Headphone, Microphone, Web Camera.

Display: Super VGA (800x600 or above)

Hard Drive: Minimum 1Gb free space.

Computer Memory: At least 256Mb of RAM.

Sound Card: Sound-Blaster-compatible sound card.

Software Requirements:

Operating System: Windows 2000, Macintosh 7.0+ or later, or Linux/Unix

Internet Browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+, Firefox 2.0+.

Microsoft Office or Open Office: Including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Media Player: Windows Media Player 9.0 or later.

Adobe: Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF files).

Anti-Virus Software: When you are taking on the online course, you may need to
send documents or files via e-mail. Therefore, you have to use your own updated
virus protection software to avoid spreading out the virus to others. You must
keep updating the Anti-Virus patterns frequently.

Other Requirements:

Internet Service: High speed Internet Access, such as Cable or DSL.

E-mail Accounts: Everyone should get an email account in order to participate
in a course. If you don¡¯t have it yet, you can get it from the following web
