1. What is "My Account"?

You can do following things in "My Account":

• View and update your "Student Profile".
• A link to update password in the NPUOSC.
• A link to request for updating your contact information in the NPUOSC.

2. How to view and update my "Student Profile"?

In "My Account", you can view and update your "Student Profile".

3. How to access the course(s) I am taking in the current semester?

If you have registered any online course(s) in the current semester, the course(s) will appear in the box of "The Course(s) You Are Taking (Year, Semester)".

1. If you want to get into a course, please click the "Course #" or "Course Title".
2. If you want to view your classmates in a class, please click the "Click" link under the "Classmates" column.

4. How to view and compose my messages?

The NPU Online has an internal messaging system. You can send or receive messages to or from your instructors or classmates.

1. Your incoming new messages will be scrolled in the box of "My Messages".
2. If you want to view all messages or compose new messages, please click "Click to view all messages".

5. How to view "My Calendar" and add events in "My Calendar"?

The NPU Online has an event calendar system. You can view the important event of NPU here. You can also create your own events and add them to this calendar.

1. If you want to view the previous month, please click the link as 5(1) in the above screenshot.
2. If you want to view the next month, please click the link as 5(2).
3. You can select the Month by using the dropdownlist as 5(3).
4. You can select the Year by using the dropdownlist as 5(4).
5. The highlighted day on the calendar panel as 5(5) is the date of today.
6. The date in Red color on the calendar panel as 5(6) means there is/are event(s) on this day.
7. If you click on a date on the calendar panel, the event(s) of the day, if any, will be displayed at the 5(7)'s place.
8. The upcoming event(s), if any, will be displayed at the 5(8)'s place.
9. If you want to add an event on a specific date, please click the date on the calendar panel first, then, click the "Add Event" link as 5(9).

6. What is the "Contact Us" information?

The "Contact Us" information includes most frequently used contact information of the NPU Online.

7. How to access the e-Libraries?

These are the e-Libraries subscribed by NPU. They open to all current NPU students and faculty members. You need to use your NPUOSC account to access these e-Libraries.
